Klaudia has over 20 years of experience in the customer service industry. She has worked many different roles as collector, payment processor, loan servicing specialist, sales coordinator and customer service manager.
Klaudia came to Del Toro in 2009 to cover for Liz when she went on maternity leave. It was supposed to be temporary but ended up staying until the end of 2011. Klaudia enjoys working with people and the challenges that come up. She is passionate about providing customer satisfaction. She thrives on learning and finding better ways to accomplish tasks and duties. She enjoys collaborating and being a team player.
