 Del Toro Loan Servicing, Inc. (“Del Toro”) respects the privacy of each user (referred to as “You” or “User”) of the Del Toro website (the “Site”). This privacy policy (the “Policy”) provides You with information on how Del Toro treats and protects Your information (“Personal Information”) collected via the Site.

Del Toro collects Personal Information from You only when You voluntarily submit such information to the Site, including (a) when You request information from Del Toro, (b) when You request to be contacted by Del Toro, (c) when You make a payment and (d) when You complete service forms.

Like many websites,  Del Toro obtains  Non-Personal  Information such as IP (internet protocol) addresses, browser types, the name of Your ISP (internet service provider),  information about where a user comes from before arriving to the Site,  what pages a user visits, the order of those pages, and the amount of time spent on each. A vendor performs this service for Del Toro by sending a cookie to gather this information, compile it, and report to Del Toro. Del Toro uses Non-Personal Information to customize the advertising and content You see, improve Del Toro’s services, conduct research, and provide anonymous aggregated reporting for internal audits and for third-parties.

Opting Out of Third-Party Ad Servers
