Del Toro will notify both Borrower (via mail and email) and Lender (via email only) on or about the 15th of any month(s) in which the account is delinquent. We will also follow up (via phone, email and mail) every 15 days should the account turn 30 days delinquent. Please assume that we are working hard to resolve the delinquency if you do not receive any news – we do not provide updates outside of these timelines.
- Receipt of a payment will be reflected immediately on your online account
- Should we receive any information that we believe will have a significant affect your investment and/or require a decision on your part, we will notify you immediately.
